Iguazu and Buenos Aires

Hi Diego,

Once again I would like to thank you and your drivers and tour guides for doing such a great job.

It was such a pleasure to get off the cruise ship and find the driver ready to take us to the airport for the beginning of our trip to Iguazu
Falls. Once we arrived at Iguazu there was the new driver waiting to take us to our hotel. The driver suggested that we enhance our trip by purchasing a tour to the Brazilian side and viewing the falls from there because we both had our Brazilian visas in our passports. He was so right. I can not thank him enough for his encouragement. The add on tour was spectacular!!!

I would like to say that you deliver even better than what your web site states. It was so nice to have an English speaking tour guide (Caesar) who made sure we were on track in terms of meeting places and pick up times. As mentioned, the Brazilian trip was an add on and our timing on the departure day became more critical. Your driver Silvo should be rewarded for his driving skills and packing skills (getting our many suit cases into the car).

We flew back to BA and again your driver was there waiting to take us to our hotel. We did not need to tell him which hotel as he already new. Your behind the scenes work just adds to the tours you present. I would recommend your company to anyone!

In December we booked a trip with your company from Buenos Aires to Iguazu Falls. The drivers were always on time. The city tour in Buenos was very good. We enjoyed the dinner and tango show and I don't know what to say about Iguazu Falls. It is one of the top ten sights that I have ever seen in my lifetime. It helped so much to have a guide through the Iguazu National Park. We have lovely pictures of our trip and I want to thank you for putting together a very complete tour. I just arrived back in Rio last night. I wanted to thank you for the package that you arranged for me. I really enjoyed it. It was a pleasant experience dealing with you and I found you to be very friendly and professional, two things that are important to see when you are a traveller.
I would like to give a special mention to Patricia Kanelson. She was my guide in Beunos Aires and I think she is fantastic at what she does. She was so informative and I learned so much about Argentina because of her, but she is also fantastic at dealing with people. She is a great asset to you.
