We booked with Diego for a one-day trip into Igazzu Falls, Argentina. Everything went as planned - air, transfers, and guide. Our guide spoke fluent English and was very knowledgeable and personable. Any time I requested information from Diego we received a quick response. I would not hesitate to use his services again.

We came back on Dec.30th after 10 days fantastic tour of Uruguay and Argentina plus Iguazu falls. We have no words to express our happy feelings about the whole trip. It is exceptional and beyond description. Everything worked out perfectly exceeding our expectations. We met so many nice people in this trip. Everyday it was a different experiece. Nice weather, good food, tango show, iguazu falls, too many to mention.

NEW UPDATED PLANE TICKETS MVD TO AEP DOMESTIC AIRPORT IN BUE

Diego: Just a note to tell you that all the arrangements you made for us worked out very well. Luis gave us a great city tour of Buenos Aires. The trip to Iguazu was spectacular, and Javier did a great job of being sure we got the most out of the limited time we had. The hotels in Colonia and Montevideo were very nice. As an bonus, L'Ermitage's location on the beach gave us a front row seat for the fireworks all up and down La Rambla on New Year's Eve.

As it turned out, I'm glad we took the earlier flight from Montevideo to Aeroparque. We had a nice afternoon in BA, and when we got to EZE around 7:30 p.m., it took the all the time we had to go through the check-in, immigration and security process and still have time to eat and pick up a few gifts. They asked us to be at the gate at 9:20 (for a 10:55 flight!) because they added another security check at the gate. If we'd arrived at the airport later., we would have been much more rushed and stressed than I like.

Thanks again for all your sound advice and excellent arrangements. It was a memorable trip.

Great Time in BA

Dear Diego,
I'm writing to thank you for your excellent work in putting together a lot of my holiday plans in Argentina and for working with my local travel agent, Chriss Camenzend, so smoothly and efficiently.

Rick and I were very impressed by the tour. Luis was an A+++ guide and driver very good also. The selection of sights was first rate. If you have a chance to pass along my appreciation to Luis, please do so. He was patient and fun, smart and knowledgeable.

The plane flights were all well planned, plus transfers. The Hotel Panoramic was a great choice in Iguassu. We liked the tour (a small group, which we like) and reliability of transfers. We especially liked Alberto.
Everyone spoke very highly of you, especially Luis.

If we visit South America again, we would be sure to request your assistance again.

The Own Palermo in BA
Hotel Charming in Bariloche (even the taxi driver said this was"the best" in Bariloche, and that includes the Llao Llao, which is very impressive but we had no regrets about the Charming.)

We just returned from our trip to Buenos Aires with the side trips to both Uruguay and Iguazú. Everything was perfect, including the choice of hotel.....we even met up with the couple from India who live in Connecticut with whom you had lunch with prior to them booking with you (not sure if you remember them). We all had a wonderful time, so thank you for making the arrangements.

I would not hesitate to recommend you to others who may be considering booking with your company.
